Verified drivers only
Every driver submits their national ID, driver's license, and vehicle documents before going live on the platform. Our team reviews each application manually. No driver is approved automatically.

Rated after every trip
Customers rate drivers after each delivery. We monitor ratings continuously. Drivers who fall below our minimum threshold are reviewed, and those with consistent poor performance are removed from the platform.

Real-time GPS tracking
Track your delivery live on the map from the moment the driver picks up your goods to the moment they arrive at the destination. You always know where your items are.

Direct in-app communication
Chat with your driver through the app throughout the delivery. You do not need to share your personal phone number, and all messages are logged for dispute resolution.

Customer accountability
Drivers can rate customers after each trip. Customers with consistently problematic behaviour — unreasonable requests, false damage claims, payment disputes — are flagged and reviewed by our team.

Transparent dispute resolution
If something goes wrong on either side, our support team reviews the full trip record: GPS route, timestamp data, in-app chat history, and delivery confirmation. Decisions are based on evidence, not assumptions.

Safe and reliable payment
All payments go through the Pickitapp platform. Drivers do not need to chase customers for cash. Once a delivery is confirmed, payment is processed promptly.
