4. Location Data
Pickitapp collects real-time location information from your device to provide our core delivery services. For customers, this allows us to show nearby available drivers. For drivers, this allows customers to track their delivery in real time. You can disable location access through your device settings, but this will prevent the core functionality of the app from working. Location data is not retained after your delivery session ends.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting us at info_pickitap@gmail.com. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Some information may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes.
6. Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and use commercially reasonable physical, technical, and administrative measures to protect it.
